and safe running of a nursing home and ensuring it is in full compliance with
all federal and state health and safety regulations and requirements. Patient
admissions, personnel management, budgeting, and facilities management are just
a few of the responsibilities of a nursing home administrator.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare
administration and a Master’s degree
Reflection: I could get into this job but I would
set it up as my career. It pays well the job seems simple and I could make it.
