Medical screening and medical surveillance are
two fundamental strategies for optimizing employee health. Although the terms
are often used interchangeably, they are quite distinct concepts. Medical
screening is, in essence, only one component of a comprehensive medical

think this job is ok but I wouldn't want to join into the work area. The salary
isn’t good depending on what area of the medical surveillance. At the moment
the job seems out of my area.
